Why RDI?

A mind for the future

The problem with short term behavioral fixes, or static academic learning, is it does not lead to the thinking abilities required for the 21st century.  In fact, the research shows, that using technologies of positive an negative reinforcements actually undermine our thinking potential.  Shifting our focus toward our unique dynamic capabilities is preparing a mind for the future.

A journey for future well-being

Success depends on keeping the end in mind.  And parents set the stage for their child’s growth.  But, we must ask ourselves the question, where is our child headed?  How can we strategically prepare our child with the abilities to achieve a quality and successful life?  What do you want that journey to look like?

A mind that can find problems

If our children are going to become successful adults, we will have to stop prompting them on what to do and how to think.  We must step back and allow our kids to discover the joy in finding and solving their own problems.
